How to get food

If you find yourself in a position where you are finding it difficult to feed yourself or your family, please get in touch with one of the referring agencies below. They will be able to advise you and, once they have talked to you, give you a referral to CEF.

Once you have a referral, you can come along to one of the CEF Cafes to collect your food parcel.
